3 Phases of Launching any Product or Service SUCCESSFULLY


I don’t know how many times I’ve worked with an entrepreneur and they say “I launched my business and it went no where.” or ask “Nick, what’s the secret to launching properly.” Well, I am about to tell you how to launch a product or service the RIGHT way. So, keep reading!

The difference between the 20% of businesses that failed last year when launching (Beureu of Labor Statistic) and the other 80% that made it was because of 3 reasons:

Keeping Launches a Secret

Have you ever heard of that term “Move in silence?” Well, when it comes to business I want you to throw that out of the window. As your coach, I am challenging you to adopt a new saying: “move with intentionality!”

The worst thing you can do is keep the fact that you are working on a new venture a secret. In my Business Launch Secrets Workshop I do a deep dive on how big named companies like Marriott, McDonalds and Microsoft will let you know when a new product or service standard is rolling out. Think about it does Apple just announce an iPhone? Or, do you know when it is coming out?

Being Out of Focus and Mis prioritizing

Have you ever felt overwhelmed and “under the gun” to get your product out? That is because you are focused on the wrong things at the wrong time. You’re trying to build a website and a following when you should be focused on market research. You’re feeling the pressure to make sales when you should be focused on providing value and audience building.

Here’s my thing, all of that is important, but you need to focus on doing the RIGHT thing at the RIGHT time.

This is why when I work with my clients I teach them how to launch in phases.

Pre-Launch Phase

In this phase you should only be focused on product creation, researching and getting your business structure setup. Who you’re talking to and how can you accept their money? That’s it! Not selling, Not Building a website…Research and setup.

Soft Launch Phase

This is the most important phase. You need to validate your product or offer so you can get the feedback you need and know what’s working and what’s not working. You don’t need to focus on sales here. You need to focus on using the T.R.I.A.L. method to get your most “urgent value need” which at this time could be capital, but, also reviews, referrals and opportunities!

Official Launch

Okay, now that you have gotten your business setup, you know exactly what your target audience wants and needs, you’ve tested, validated and improved your product or offer, NOW it’s time to focus on selling and scaling! Why is this important? The reason it’s important is because you have went through the necessary steps to deliver a top notch product that is work the money for your customers!

Launching and building a business is definitely not easy. However, when you understand where to focus and win, you make the process smoother and reap a reward that you can’t even possibly imagine!
